VVS Apparel Return Policy

Effective Date: October, 2025

At VVS Apparel, we stand behind the quality and message of every piece we create. Each item is crafted with care, and we want you to be confident in what you wear.

Replacements or Store Credit

Because each product is made and printed to order, we do not offer standard returns or refunds.

However, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect we've got you covered.

Please contact us at calvin@vvsapparel.com with:
1. Your order number
2. A brief description of the issue
3. A clear photo of the item

Once your claim is approved, you may choose on of the following:
Replacement: We'll send you a new item at no additional cost.
Store Credit: If you prefer not to receive a replacement, we'll issue store credit that can be used toward any future purchase on our website.

Pre-Order & Limited Edition Items

All pre-order and limited-edition items are final sale once production begins.
If a pre-order item arrived defective or damaged, we'll gladly offer a replacement or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain product quality and hygiene, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
1. Worn or washed apparel
2. Sale or promotional items
3. Gift cards

Shipping Returns

If your claim is approved, we'll provide the return instructions and shipping details directly by email. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.
