VVS Apparel Shipping Policy

At VVS Apparel, every piece is created with purpose and attention to detail. We aim to deliver your order quickly while keeping you informed every step of the way.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
For pre-orders, processing begins once production is complete. You’ll receive an email with updates and tracking once your item ships.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order total.

We currently ship within the United States using standard USPS or UPS delivery.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days after processing

Delivery times may vary during holidays or promotional periods.


Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are shipped as soon as they’re ready — typically once production is complete.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship separately.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first.

Shipping Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
We can only make address changes before your order ships.
